Proposition 36 – Safer Communities, Real Change

Eight months after it became law, Proposition 36 is already making a difference for communities and local businesses. It’s helping reduce retail theft, giving stores hope by unlocking products, and providing treatment for those stealing to support an addiction. Watch more in the video below.
